Open level- this workshop will go over basics of barbell movement. You will learn to move your body with and around a barbell; and go over the basic strength lifts. ( press, squat, deadlift. We will approach the barbell in a way that will make it least intimidating- the goal to have you walking away confident in moving the barbell, and the relationship your body can have with it. Strength begins with knowledge & knowledge leads to confidence.
