Roy Rosado

Roy Rosado, aka “Fool” has been in the Montclair fitness community for over 5 years. His background includes gymnastics, coaching CrossFit, teaching intramural classes at Ramapo College as well as Interval Rowing at 3Sixty Cycling Studio.

Roy is a Store Manager and area Community Manager at Lululemon Athletica. He is a firm believer that everyone has capabilities beyond their personal expectations and that we all simply need a guiding voice to help us get to the next level.
