PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY
* All new clients must read and agree to our Waiver and Release of Liability form before purchasing any services with architect studios online or in person. All new clients will subsequently be required to physically sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in their first class/session/training.
- All prices are in US Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Single Class purchases are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Class Packages are valid from the date of purchase as follows: 5 classes / 6 months; 10 classes / 6 months; and 25 classes / 12 months.
- There is no refund for expired or unused classes.
- Class purchases are nontransferable, may not be shared and are not redeemable for cash.
"SELECT" RATES
We offer a “Select” rate to members of the following groups:

military & law enforcement
-
full-time students
-
full-time teachers
PLEASE NOTE: By agreeing to purchase classes with a Select rate you are certifying that you are a valid member of one of our named Select groups and you will be asked to verify your membership in person at the studio or service location.
CREDIT CARDS
There is a $15 minimum charge for all credit card transactions. Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. In-studio, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & cash.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. There is no refund in whole or in part. Class purchases will expire and must be used by the date indicated when purchased. Purchases are nontransferable, may not be shared and are not redeemable for cash
RETURNED CHECKS
All returned checks are subject to a processing fee of $25. This fee along with the original amount of the check is due within seven business days of the official notification from architect studios. The total is to be paid at the studio only by cash, credit card, money order, or certified bank check. A friendly "hold" will be placed on the client’s account until acceptable payment has been received.
CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICIES
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel a class, training session or event: if the minimum number of registrants is not met, for inclement weather, for holidays or for any reason. Earliest reasonable notification will be given to clients who, if already signed up for services, may choose either a full refund or comparable credit on account.
CLIENT CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Classes are limited to about 20 clients. To ensure the maximum number of clients can participate, clients must cancel 12 hours prior to the start of the class to allow any Waitlisted clients a fair opportunity to attend:

FOR ALL CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
- Clients may cancel a reservation online by clicking the “sign up for class” button, logging-in to your account, clicking the “My Account” tab, and then click the sub-tab “My Schedule.”
- Clients may also cancel a reservation by calling the studio (973.233.0300). If you get the answering machine, please leave a detailed message clearly stating your full name, class, date and time you wish to cancel.
- All unused classes are returned to your account for future use.
- Our system will not process credit card refunds in this instance and all purchases are non-refundable.
- If we do not receive a cancellation request within the 12 hour Required Cancellation Notice time period, a class credit will be deducted from your account as if you had taken the class.If you attempt to cancel online outside of the Required Cancellation Notice time period, whether or not you see “LATE CANCEL” appear as your only option, you will lose your reservation and payment/credit.
- Unlimited Monthly Members will have an automatic debit of $22 from your credit card if you late cancel.
- There are no refunds, so kindly reserve your classes carefully.
WAITLIST POLICY
- If you are not in the class by the start time, your place may be given to someone on the Waitlist.
- The Waitlist will usually allow up to 5 clients to register once a scheduled class is full.
- You can cancel your request to be on the Waitlist at any time.
- In the event a client(s) cancels their class reservation ALL CLIENTS ON THE WAITLIST WILL BE CONTACTED by either phone, email and/or text MESSAGE in the numerical order of the Waitlist. The first Waitlisted client to be reached and/or respond affirmatively will receive the reservation and the others will be returned to the Waitlist if applicable.
- We promise to adhere to this policy in as fair a manner as possible.
PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or the client will be charged for the full rate of the session.
